HOW DO I ORDER FROM MOANA CLOTHING?

  • Find your school under Shop Retail
  • Login to your account
  • Select all products and sizes that you require and ‘Add to Cart’ (refer to the ‘size guide’ pdf on each item if you are unsure of  required sizing, as this will provide guidance)
  • Checkout your cart at the top right of the screen
  • Choose payment type
  • Upon completion of your order and payment having successfully gone through you will receive a confirmation email

 

I'VE LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO ANY PRODUCTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Send us an email so we can take a look for you.

 

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S OUT OF STOCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Continue to place your order as any item that is part of your uniform will become available again. When we have received stock of your required item you will be notified. Should you order items that are already in stock (as well as the item/s out of stock) then you order will be split so you can have the garments that are ready now once your order has been processed.

 

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible so we can let you know the status of your order, to see how we can help.

 

HOW DO I PRINT PAST INVOICES?

Click on the person icon next to your account number (top right of screen, next to the search button) then under 'My Account' you'll find 'My invoices'.  When selecting this you'll be taken through to the list of past invoices that can be downloaded / print copies as required.
